What is a HappyGram? A "HAPPYGRAM" is an in-person, over-the-top, instagram-worthy birthday/celebration delivery that you send to your special someone’s work, home or school. Our amazing singer Nelly will deliver them a dozen long stem roses or a large balloon bouquet and sing them a song…plus we record it so you can see their happy reaction & they can add it to their social media! It’s a unique experience and TRULY A MEMORABLE birthday/celebration surprise! In-person service is available in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Non-local/International service is available by custom request. We also do Singing Phone Call/Video Call Happygrams for a more economical option and for our international clients. What do we do? The HAPPYGRAM professional singer shows up to the work, home, school, etc. of your special someone and... 1) Personally serenades your special someone with the song 'Happy Birthday' or any other song 2) Presents your special someone with a bouquet of roses or a large balloon bouquet 3) Videotapes the entire event so they can post it to their social media and we will send you a copy so that you can see their happy reaction WE ARE PUNCTUAL, PASSIONATE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE IS OUR SPECIALTY, Let us help you make your special someone’s day OVER-THE-TOP !!!!
Cancellation Policy
- MEMBERS ONLY: only members can book services with The Luxe Life Happy - NON-REFUNDABLE: Bookings are non-refundable - CANCEL/ RE-BOOKING: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your booking to another day - VIRTUAL/ONLINE SERVICES: the online/virtual link will be emailed to you before the start of the appointment - IN-PERSON SERVICE LOCATIONS: - Happy At-Your Service: Appointments are done in public locations (eg/ coffee shops, restaurants) - HappyGram: Delivery can be done anywhere - Happy Academy: Appointments are done in public locations (eg/ coffee shops, restaurants). Inquire for client location bookings - LATE: If you're late, the appointment will proceed with whatever time is remaining in the session but unfortunately will not be extended to be respectful to subsequent clients. If scheduling permits, additional time can be purchased to extend a session - NO SHOW: session is non-refundable
