Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing "Happy Place" by The Luxe Life Happy ! The service address will be sent to you once your booking is complete. *Important* Please review our policy below: - DEPOSIT: a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable | - PAYMENT: Cash only at this time. Balance will be collected prior to the start of the service. | - NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING: Bookings are non-refundable | - NO SHOW: session is non-refundable and the remainder of the booking is still charged at the full amount | - LATE: If you're late, the appointment will proceed with whatever time is remaining in the session but unfortunately will not be extended to be respectful to subsequent clients. If scheduling permits, additional time can be purchased to extend a session | - CANCEL/ RE-BOOKING: To cancel or reschedule, please text us at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your booking to another day (1 date transfer permitted). Less than 24 hours notice please text us and we will do our best to assist you | - NO GUESTS: only the party receiving the service is permitted in We can't wait to be of service!
